Tiananmen Square is surrounded by many famous historical and cultural attractions, such as the Tiananmen Square Citadel, Chairman Mao's Memorial Hall Monument to the People's Heroes, the Great Hall of the People, and the National Museum. The grand flag-raising and flag-lowering ceremonies held in Tiananmen Square attract countless Chinese and foreign tourists every day.

Wandering around the Tiananmen Square and you will see the Forbbiden city. It is located in the centre of Beijing's central axis, was the imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties. It is also the world's largest and most well-preserved wooden structure of palace-type buildings.   

Revitalize with a delicious Chinese lunch then return to your spacious vehicle to venture to the Badaling section of the Great Wall of China. Badaling Great Wall is the most famous section of the Great Wall. You can choose to take a cable car or hike to the top. Taking the cable car will save you more time and energy, and you will be able to get a great view of the Great Wall from the top. However, the hiking option will allow you to enjoy more of the scenery on the way up, depending on your choice. Be sure to let your guide know your choice when you arrive. 

On your way back to your Beijing hotel, stop at the renowned Longdi Jade Factory to shop for precious presents featuring the picturesque green stone.
