Continue your tour to visit one of the top ten most famous ancient Buddhist monasteries in China -- Lingyin Temple (built in 326AD), backed by the North peak, facing the Feilai Peak, was built in the early years of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, covering an area of about 87,000 square meters. The founder of Lingyin Temple was the West Indian monk Hui Li. Liang Wu Emperor in the southern Dynasty granted the field and expanded it. Qian Liu, king of Wuyue in the Five Dynasties, invited Yongming Yanshou Master to revive the development and gave the name Lingyin New Temple.Afterwards, visit Leifeng Pagoda, also known as Huangfei Pagoda and Xiguan Brick Pagoda, is located on Leifeng Mountain on Xizhao Mountain, south bank of West Lake Scenic Area, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is a national 4A level tourist attraction and the first colorful bronze carved pagoda in China. Leifeng Pagoda was built in the second year of Taiping Xingguo (977) in the Northern Song Dynasty. It was originally named "Emperor Fei Tower" by Qian Hongchu, King of Zhongyi of Wu Yue, because Huang Fei got his son to build it. The old tower collapsed in 1924, and Hangzhou started the Leifeng Tower protection and exhibition project in 1999, and it was completed and opened to the public in 2002.
