After breakfast, you will continue the Datong Pingyao tour and start your 4.5 - 5 hours car ride to this historic city.

Pingyao Ancient City is a must-see destination for most tourists visiting Shanxi Province.  It is regarded as one of the most well-preserved Ming and Qing Dynasty ancient cities in China and a World Heritage Site. Inside Pingyao Ancient City, you can enjoy the exquisite ancient buildings, magnificent city walls, unique street layout and bustling commercial atmosphere, and feel the prosperity of ancient commerce and culture.
