Today, you will drive to Shigatse in the morning. On the way, you can take a short stop at the pure blue Yamdrok Lake - one of the three largest sacred lakes in Tibet. Yamdrok Yongtso, Tibetan meaning "swan pool", is one of the three sacred lakes in Tibet, here is also a large waterfowl habitat in southern Tibet, every winter flock of birds migrate south to this, in the lakeshore and the lake island area, swans, water pigeons, ducks, fish eagles and geese are very many.

And continue to drive to Gyangtse Pelkor Chode Monastery (4000m) - with its unique structure at the foot of Dzong Hill. Pelkor Chode Monastery, or rather  Palcho Monastery in Tibetan language means "auspicious monastery". It was first built in early 15th century and took 10 years to complete. Because it was built when different religious sectors conflicted neck and neck in Tibet, Sakyapa, Kadampa and Gelukpa of Tibetan Buddhism coexist in it. Then continue your driving to Shigatse (3836m).
