Longmen, also known as Yiqu,is located in the southern suburbs of the ancient capital of Luoyang.The two mountains are facing each other, covered with Buddha's light.The scenery is so scenic that it is a wondrous sight depicted by Su in the Song Dynasty as"Two mountains with a treacherous terrain, together protecting a wonderful water".
Then have a visit to Luoyang Museum of Folk Customs, realizing the local culture and walk along Minng & Qing Old Town, exploring the history of this ancient city. Have lunch at local restaurant enjoying the local food.Located at the south end of Luoyang New Street, Luoyang Folk Museum is a Chinese thematic museum. It was built on the basis of the ancient building complex of Luze Guild Hall, a national key cultural relics protection unit. Luze Guild Hall, also known as Guan Di Temple for Guan Yu, was built in the ninth year of the Qianlong reign (1744) of the Qing Dynasty.
After a short break, transfer to Luoyang Railway Station to catch an afternoon train to Xian. It will take about 2 hours on the high speed train. The Xian local guide will pick up you at the exit of railway station and transfer you to hotel. Help with the hotel check in.
