Drive for about 4 hours from Shangri-La to reach Deqin. Enjoy the Tibetan Plateau scenery along the way. Stop at a platform for a great view of the Big Bend of the Jinsha River. The Jinsha River is one of the largest inland rivers in China, and after a huge bend it creates a beautiful view of the Moon Bay.
There are also a number of viewing platforms and walkways near the bay for visitors to enjoy and photograph the magnificent view of the Jinsha River up close. Then continue on to visit Dongzhulin Monastery, which is on the side of a mountain. Stop again to head up to Wunongding Viewing Platform for the classic panoramic view of the Meili Snow Mountains.Meili Snow Mountain not only has magnificent snow peaks, but also has rich and diverse alpine ecosystems, including glaciers, forests and alpine meadows. Visit Feilai Lamasery, which attracts many tourists with its magnificent natural landscape and unique architectural style.The temple enshrines numerous statues and artifacts, including exquisite murals and sculptures that demonstrate the mastery of Buddhist art.From Feilai Lamasery we drive to Xidang Village and get to Yubeng Village.
