We left our hotel in Chengdu around 8:30 am and started with a stroll in People's Park. To truly experience the slow life of Chengdu people, you must go to the "People's Park". Experience the authentic "city life" and feel the daily life of Chengdu people. You can go directly to the People's Park.
Then visit Qingyang Taoist Palace (also called Qingyang Taoist Temple). Qingyang Palace Taoist Temple is known as the "No. 1 Taoist Temple in Sichuan" and the "No. 1 Taoist Temple in Western China". It is now a famous tourist attraction of Taoist cultural heritage.
After lunch, continue to visit Wuhou Temple (also called Wuhou Temple). Wuhou Ancestral Hall in Chengdu was built to commemorate Zhuge Liang (181-234), the prime minister of Shu during the Three Kingdoms. Zhuge Liang was a famous politician and military man. Nowadays, Wuhou Temple is more than just a glorious place. Instead, it has become a museum, the largest in China to display cultural relics and introduce the history of the Three Kingdoms.
Finally, take a walk along Jinli Street. Jinli Ancient Street is an ancient commercial street, which appeared in the Qin Dynasty. Stepping into the green stone that has been trampled by pedestrians as smooth as a mirror, the old streets, mansions, mansions, residential houses, inns, shops, Waniantai come into view, the green tiles and gray walls are scattered, and the cornice is raised high, making people feel as if time and space are flowing backward, and truly feel the ancient simple Han style and the charm of Ming and Qing dynasties.
