Established in April 1982, Karamayli Reserve covers an area of 14,856.48 square kilometres. Located in the Junggar Basin of Xinjiang, Karamayli, a desert that symbolises death, looks silent on the outside, but if you don't walk into it, you won't find out that it's a paradise for wildlife. Autumn in Karamayli is far more beautiful than one might expect. At the heart of China's second-largest desert, the Gurthongbangut Desert, life continues to thrive. In late autumn, the desert's sparse vegetation turns as yellow as the desert, and there are fewer human footprints here than there are hares.
Later, drive down the hill to Burqin, enjoy the sunset of Five-colored Beach, located about 24 kilometers north of Burjin County, and it is the only way to Habahe County and Kanas. It is adjacent to the ripening Irtysh River, and on the other side of the lush green valley scenery distant glow, can be said that "a river across the two sides, there are two days." Riverbank rock resistance to weathering ability is different, the outline will be uneven, and the rock contains different minerals, and change into a variety of colors, so the name "colorful beach".
