Your English speaking guide will meet you in your Lijiang hotel's lobby or Lijiang Railway Station at your preferred time. Since this trip can be adjusted flexibly according to your interests, you can freely discuss it with your tour guide after meet. Typically, you will first visit the Old town of Lijiang.

Stroll around the old town with your tour guide, you will stop at Museum of Naxi Dongba Culture. Dongba culture is the traditional religious and cultural system of the Naxi people, with a long history and rich traditional art forms. In this museum, you can learn about the history, religion, and folklore of the Naxi people, as well as enjoy the artwork and exhibitions of Dongba culture.

Next, you will visit the Mufu Palace. Mufu is an ancient architectural complex that was the palace of the Bai chiefs during the Ming Dynasty and is now a museum that receives tourists. You can admire the exquisite architecture, demonstrate the making of traditional Bai handicrafts and learn about Bai culture.

Enjoy lunch in the local restaurant, then move on to Lion Hill Park. It is a lush green hill with a large stone lion on top, hence its name. You can climb to the top of Lion Hill for a great view of downtown Kunming, as well as take a stroll through the park on the hillside to see the flowers and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Reach the mountaintop, go up to the Wangu Pavilion which is a five-storied all-wooden edifice with five elegant eaves. The tower is regarded as the No.1 Domed-shaped Structure in China. Get ready your camera and enjoy the panoramic view of the surrounding areas(Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, the Old Town and the Naxi minority villages).

Move on to Wenchang Palace which is a cultural monument with a certain history and a place where Kunming citizens and students come to pray for success in their studies.

Your last stop is the Black Dragon Pond Park. There is a man-made lake called "Black Dragon Lake" with clear blue water and surrounded by green trees. You can walk around the lake and enjoy the scenery, and you can also rent a boat to explore the lake. After the tour finished, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Lijiang.
