You will be picked up from your hotel in the early morning, and be transferred to the First Bend of the Yangtze River. It is a magnificent bend in the Yangtze River formed here. The scenery is extremely spectacular with its treacherous mountains, rushing river and sweeping clouds. You can choose to take a boat tour to enjoy the magnificence and grandeur of the Nujiang River scenery.

Then you will continue the journey further north to the Tiger Leaping Gorge. It is one of the deepest canyons in the world and a magnificent gorge formed by the Yangtze River here. With steep peaks on both sides of the canyon and the rushing and stirring waters of the river, the scenery is spectacular.

After lunch, you will continue to Shangri-La, and on the way, you will notice that the landscapes and architecture gradually changes as you go further into the Tibetan cultural areas, with barley fields and yaks scattered across the valleys.

Next, you will go to Jade Spring Park, and catch some amazing views of the Black Dragon Pool. Then hit up the Museum of Naxi Dongba Culture. In this museum, you can learn about the history, religion, and folklore of the Naxi people, as well as enjoy the artwork and exhibitions of Dongba culture. Your private tour ends with a drop-off at your hotel in Lijiang
