Back to Urumqi and head to Grand International Bazaar. The most famous attraction is the Silk Road Sightseeing Tower in the centre of the square, which has colourful paintings and exhibitions on all floors, showing the historical stories of the Silk Road. It is a gathering place and exhibition centre for Islamic culture, architecture, ethnic commerce, entertainment and catering.
