Longmen Grottoes

Longmen Grottoes is located in Luoyang City, Henan Province, is the world's most statues, the largest treasure trove of rock carving art, was named by UNESCO as "China's highest peak of rock carving art", ranked first in China's major grottoes. It is now a world cultural heritage, a national key cultural relics protection unit, and a national AAAAA level tourist attraction.

With the guidance of your tour guide, you will visit most of the grottoes on the west bank, then walk from the grottoes on the east bank to Xiangshan Temple, the earliest of the ten temples in Longmen. Your tour will end at Hakuen-ji Temple, which is surrounded by dense pine and cypress trees.
