Explore Beijing from the world’s largest public square, Tiananmen Square. It is one of the largest city squares in the world, located in the centre of Beijing, and is one of the symbols of China. The square is vast and often hosts a variety of grand events and celebrations, such as the annual flag-raising ceremony for National Day.Walk to the Forbidden City from Tiananmen Square. It was the imperial palace of China during the Ming and Qing dynasties and is located on the central axis in the centre of Beijing.
You will explore the glorious palace halls and gardens for more than 2 hours in Forbidden City, learning the legendary story of the emperors and how the royal family lived there.At night, we will arrange a lively and dramatic Chinese Kung Fu Show at the Red Theater. It will be an exciting day today.Drive out of Beijing to Mutianyu Great Wall of China (approximately 150 km). Compared with other sections of the Great Wall, the Mutianyu Great Wall is well-preserved and relatively less visited by tourists, so it is considered one of the ideal places to visit the Great Wall. The Mutianyu Great Wall has beautiful scenery and steep mountains, and there are several viewing platforms and defences in the scenic area, where you can take a stroll and enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Great Wall.You will have 1.5-2 hours to trek on the wall by yourself.
Afterwards, make a photo stop at two architectural icons from the 2008 Olympic that are still standing: Bird’s Nest and Water Cube.Today, the Bird's Nest has become a landmark and tourist attraction in Beijing.

Drive to Summer Palace, which is the existing largest, best-preserved imperial garden in China. Boat ride on Kunming Lake is included. The Terracotta Warriors and Horses are one of the great wonders of Chinese history and are located near the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor in the city of Xi'an. It is the guardian of the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor and is a magnificent group of terracotta warriors considered one of the eighth wonders of the world. In the afternoon, Near the Bell Tower there is also the Bell Tower Square, a place of leisure, entertainment and cultural exchange for the citizens of Xi'an.A chinese Lunch will be arranged nearby the scenic area of Terracotta Warriors.
Afternoon visit the Bell tower, which is the largest bell tower in structure and shape and the best-preserved one in China. Then have a visit at Gao's Courtyard, which is a wonderful choice for you to appreciate ancient residences and explore local culture of paper-cutting and shadow puppetry. Continue to walk around Muslim Quarter and enjoy your shopping time there and you can also challenge the various local snacks.

After lunch, drive to Xian airport, on the way visit the Hanyang Mausoleum, the largest museum with largest floor space in China.Fly to Shanghai. Your Shanghai tour guide will wait for you at the airport and help you to transfer to the hotel.

Then continue to explore the Shanghai Old Street and Nanjing Road nearby which is the earliest commercial street in Shanghai.You could look for some special souvenirs and silk product there. After that, enjoy a leisure walk along the Bund, famous for groups of buildings known as "a Gallery of world architecture".
