Tour guide will meet you up at the hotel lobby and start to explore the Great Wall.Firstly visit Temple of Heaven, the World Heritage List in 1998. The temple is China's existing largest structure for sacrifice to heaven and was used to pray for harvest by the emperors. Almost the local resident will do morning exercises in the square and full of vigor. You will have chance to watch Chinese Kongfu, Taichi, square dancing, etc. and get to know the real folk master there
Explore Beijing from the world’s largest public square, Tiananmen Square. It is one of the largest city squares in the world, located in the centre of Beijing, and is one of the symbols of China. The square is vast and often hosts a variety of grand events and celebrations, such as the annual flag-raising ceremony for National Day.Walk to the Forbidden City from Tiananmen Square. It was the imperial palace of China during the Ming and Qing dynasties and is located on the central axis in the centre of Beijing,learning the legendary story of the emperors and how the royal family lived there.

It will be an exciting day today. In the morning, guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby. We will visit the essential part of Beijing great wall---Juyongguan Great Wall, ranked as one of the eight splendid sceneries in Beijing 800 years ago. In Chinese, "guan" means mountain pass, so Juyongguan Section is a part lying through mountains as a wall to prevent the enemies. It is a national cultural protection unit enlisted in the World Heritage Directory in 1987. It takes about 1 hour driving from the downtown of Beijing to Juyongguan Great Wall. You could walk up and down on the Great Wall to enjoy the terrific view.A la carte lunch will be arranged in a picked local restaurant at the foot of Juyongguan Great Wall.
Drive back to downtown of Beijing. We will have a stop at a jade carving factory en route. When we reach Beijing, we will have a photo stop outside the Bird Nest and Water Cube, which were the famous sites constructed for 2008 Beijing Olympic. After that you will experience Chinese tea at tea house. Back to the hotel, en route you can plan for the night activities, such as foot massage, houhai night bars and Sanlitun bar street. If you desire, you can also enjoy the Kung Fu Show tonight as your optional activity.
Afterwards, we visit the famous National Museum of China, one of the largest museums in the world, playing an important role in displaying systematically Chinese culture, cultivating national spirit, leading the development of the cultural relics and museum field. The number of collections in the museum is more than 120 million pieces, being the richest museums with the largest number of collections. There are a total of 48 exhibition halls and there are exhibitions showing the collections and Chinese culture often. It is closed on Monday.

After breakfast, drive about 40km to discover one of the greatest man-made wonders in the world - the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, built by the first emperor of China Qin Shihuang to protect him in his afterlife. Over 8,000 life-size warriors, horses and chariots, buried in 3 pits for more than 2,000 years until uncovered by a local farmer in 1974, form an ancient military army with complete battle units of infantry, cavalry, etc. Standing in front of these figures, one can’t help being amazed not only by the ambition of Emperor Qin Shihuang but also by the fabulous artistic skills of ancient Chinese artisans.
After lunch, return back to Xian take a wonderful stroll on the Ancient City Wall, the largest and best-preserved ancient city wall in China. Enjoy panoramic views of modern Xian while you leisurely examine this well-maintained city wall which is 12 meters high and 18 meters wide with a total circuit of nearly 14 kilometers. This visit is followed by a relaxing wander around bustling and lively Muslim Quarter, a place where you can try different local snacks and explore Muslim culture.

After breakfast, head to Da Cien Temple, a famous Buddhist sutra translation site during the Tang Dynasty. Big Wild Goose Pagoda is the most famous building in the temple. The pagoda, rising to a height of 64.5 meters, was built by the famous Buddhist master Xuanzang to preserve classic scriptures he bought back from India during the early Tang Dynasty. Xuanzang was the prototype character for Tang Seng in the famous Chinese novel Journey to the West. (Note: It costs an extra 30 RMB if you want to climb up the Big Wild Goose Pagoda) After (or before) visiting the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, you will be provided a free experience of trying on the Hanfu which is the solemn costume of the emperors and their families, the ministers and the noble in the ancient dynasties of China. Seize this rare opportunity to take some photos to record this unique memory!
Next is an educational visit to the Shaanxi History Museum where you can ramble in the modern exhibition halls to appreciate historic relics such as porcelains, paintings, and currencies dating from the Zhou to the Tang dynastic periods (1100BC to 907 AD).Shaanxi History Museum may be replaced with other activity or attraction because of crowding tourists during July ~ early September and China’s National Day during Oct.1-Oct.7. After the tour, you’ll be escorted to Xian North Railway Station for a high speed train to Chengdu. Welcome to Chengdu, the Hometown of Giant Pandas! Upon your arrival at Chengdu East Railway Station, you will be met by local guide and then transferred to your hotel in Chengdu downtown. The rest of today is free on your own to explore this laid-back city.

This morning you will make a stirring visit to Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding which is not only the most important panda scientific research center, but also dwelling home to more than 100 Giant Pandas. Walk at leisure through the bamboo framed paths, and closely observe giant pandas of different ages eating bamboos, playing with each other, tumbling, climbing trees, etc.
Leaving the panda center, you will be taken to a hidden spiritual Buddhist temple in the bustling downtown of Chengdu - Wenshu Temple. Marvel at the exquisite Buddhist architecture, soak in the reverent atmosphere, and wander on the peaceful paths. Adjacent to the monastery is a small bazaar where you can enjoy a leisure stroll through to experience local market and living style.
Chengdu is famous for its relaxing and leisure pace throughout China, which will be proved after a stay in Renmin Park. Sit down, order a pot of Chinese tea, make a casual chat with your friends and watching locals indulging themselves in different kinds of folk entertainment - napping in a lively teahouse, playing mahjong, disco dancing, neck massage, ear cleaning... Next is an impressive trip to the famous Jinli Old Street. Time steals away from you quietly while walking on the lively streets which are full of delicious local snacks, delicate artifacts, interesting folk shows, etc.

This morning you will take a meaningful visit to Jinsha Site Museum. Constructed on the Jinsha ruin site which reveals the unique bronze civilization of the mysterious ancient Shu Kingdom, Jinsha Site Museum conserves the original expansive site for sacrifice as well as numerous ivory tusks and gold artifacts, including the symbol of China Culture Heritage – the Gold Sun and Immortal Bird.The rest of today is free for you until be escorted to the airport / train station for your flight or train to the next destination or home.
