It was the imperial palace of China during the Ming and Qing dynasties and is located on the central axis in the centre of Beijing,learning the legendary story of the emperors and how the royal family lived there.
In the afternoon, you will see the Temple of Heaven with its unique architectures, where the emperors worshiped the heavens in hopes of good harvests.Originally a site used to pay homage to Heaven and pray for good harvests, it is now a bustling place where locals take part in traditional activities such as Tai Chi, dancing, kite flying, water calligraphy, and others.Savor an authentic stir-fried lunch in the Hutong. In the morning, take a driving for 75km to visit the Badaling Great Wall- the most magnificant Great Wall part. The Badaling Great Wall, built in the 18th year of Hongzhi of the Ming Dynasty, was constructed for more than 80 years on the Badaling Great Wall, totalling more than 1,300 miles. It also transferred Qi Jiguang, a famous general in the fight against Japanese invasion, to the north to command the defence of the Great Wall, which was part of the Wanli Great Wall, the great defence project of ancient China.
After lunch, continue to drive to Ming Tombs Changling Tomb - burial site of Emperor Yong Le, the biggest and first built at this historic site. When finish this tour, drive you back to the Beijing hotel and have a rest of this day.

Take a drive to Mt Songshan. At the foot of the mountain are the famous Shaolin Temple and the Pagoda Forest. Shaolin Temple was established in 495A.D. at the western foot of Songshan Mountain, 13 kilometers northwest to Dengfeng City, Henan Province. The then-Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern Wei Dynasty (386-557) had the temple built to accommodate the Indian master Batuo (Buddhabhadra). Shaolin Temple literally means “temple in the thick forests of Shaoshi Mountain”.Vegetarian food will be served as lunch today. Our visits of the temple will end up with a Kung Fu performance from martial arts master. What you used to see on TV will now be real.Drive to check in your hotel. Before lunch, continue to visit Emperor Carriage Museum, which is a history museum build over the relics which dates from 770 B.C. Lunch time at local restaurant enjoying the local food.After a short break, transfer to Luoyang Railway Station to catch an afternoon train to Xian. After lunch, drive to Xian airport, on the way visit the Hanyang Mausoleum, the largest museum with largest floor space in China.Fly to Shanghai.
