Local guide will meet you at your hotel lobby at the appointed time. It will be an exciting day as we will explore the world well-known wonders today. The 1st stop is Temple of Heaven, the existing largest structure for sacrifice to heaven and a place where the emperors prayed for a year of abundance. In the visit of Temple of Heaven, you will be astonished by the exquisite ancient Chinese architectures. Besides, you will see local seniors doing morning exercises in the square and full of vigor. You will have chance to watch Chinese Kongfu, Taichi, square dancing, playing cards, playing chess etc.
Then continue this Beijing city treasure tour by a visit to Tian'anmen Square, the world's largest city center square, the locality of numerous major political and historical events. It is the witness of Chinese development. It is only a walking distance from Tian'anmen Square to Forbidden City, the world's existing largest and most complete ancient wooden structure buildings. You will explore the glorious palace halls and gardens for more than 2 hours in Forbidden City, learning the legendary story of the emperors and how the royal family lived there. You will be stunned by the numerous old art treasures exhibited in halls.

This morning you will be taken to Mutianyu Great Wall to experience at first hand the wonder of the Great Wall. The round-trip cable car will be arranged. Standing on the wall and looking at it stretching up and down into boundless distance is an exciting experience and will leave you a life-long memory. Lunch is on your own and your guide will gladly assist.
Afterwards, we visit the famous National Museum of China, one of the largest museums in the world, playing an important role in displaying systematically Chinese culture, cultivating national spirit, leading the development of the cultural relics and museum field. The number of collections in the museum is more than 120 million pieces, being the richest museums with the largest number of collections. There are a total of 48 exhibition halls and there are exhibitions showing the collections and Chinese culture often. It is closed on Monday.

Drive to Summer Palace, which is the existing largest, best-preserved imperial garden in China. Boat ride on Kunming Lake is included. Lunch will be arranged at nearby restaurant, named Xiangyangtun, with opera stage inside.After lunch, be transferred to the railway station to take 4 hours high speed train to Luoyang. The local guide will wait for you at the airport and help you to transfer to the hotel.Free at leisure in the afternoon. You could explore around Wangfujing Commercial Street or Dashilar near Qianmen, where you could find many old established shops.

Check out from the hotel in the early morning and catch the early morning high speed train from Beijing to Datong in the morning. The Datong local is waiting for you at the train station exit and pick you up to start the tour in Datong.
Firstly drive you to the magnificent Yungang Grottoes, with 53 caves containing over 51,000 stone carvings of Buddha and Buddhist.Lunch time at local restaurant, enjoying the local Chinese food.In ancient times under the jurisdiction of Yanmen Prefecture, Datong was named Ping Cheng. Ping Cheng nestled between the outer and inner Great Walls and Fort Wuzhou (presently the old city of Zuoyun). It had a strategic importance as the northern gateway to Central China since it guarded access between the Han Chinese and ethnic minority groups such as the Huns and Xianbei. Ping Cheng was also an international metropolis at the east end of the Silk Road and the base for Tuobao tribe of Xianbei group after their capital was moved to the area in 398 A.D.
Drive to Datong downtown for a visit to Huayan Monastery, the largest and best preserved monastery of the Liao Dynasty. Then a short stop in Nine Dragon Wall, the oldest and largest glazed screen in China.Drive you to check in the hotel and have a rest.

Keep drive for about 1 hour to Yingxian County, where we have a stop to visit Yingxian Wooden Pagoda , regarded as one of the three pagodas in the World. Lunch at local restaurant.Yingxian Wooden Pagoda, Yingzhou pagoda, or Sakya Wooden Pagoda, is the main architecture of Fogong Temple in the northwest of Ying County. Originally built in 1056 during Liao Dynasty and restructured in 1195 during Jin Dynasty, the pagoda is the existing oldest and tallest timberwork pavilion architecture in China. It is the gem in Chinese ancient architecture, the model of timberwork in the world and a key cultural site under the nation’s protection. It is hailed as Three Wonders of Towers together with the Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italia, and the Eiffel Tower in France.Drive to Pingyao Ancient City. Upon arrival, drive you to the hotel and have a rest.

Drive back to Pingyao Ancient Town and lunch time at local restaurant enjoying the local food.Have a visit in Pingyao Ancient Town, including Rishengchang Exchange Shop, the first bank which was established in 1643 in China. You can have a leisure walk on Ming Qing Street.Ming-Qing Street of Shanxi, which was founded in the year of 1856 and went out of business in the year of 1913, is also called South Street and had been the most prosperous business hub of Pingyao County since ancient times. Along the street, architecture of Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty are here and there. In June, 2009, it was designated as the first batch of Renowned Chinese Cultural-Historic Street.Take night high speed train to Xian. The Xian guide will meet you at the exit and transfer you to hotel.

Afternoon visit the Bell tower, which is the largest bell tower in structure and shape and the best-preserved one in China. Today we will have a full day to explore this historical and cultural city in China. Pick up from hotel in the morning, and then have a visit to the landmark of Xi'an-- Ancient City Wall,. You could choose to have a bicycle riding on the city wall. An impressive Tai Chi Chuan course is arranged at the City Wall for you. Bicycle or sightseeing car will be arranged on the wall to go around. After that visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and you will have chance to watch the North plaza fountain show.
Special lunch will be arranged as dumpling banquet at local restaurant. After lunch, drive to Xian airport, on the way visit the Hanyang Mausoleum, the largest museum with largest floor space in China.Fly to Shanghai. Your Shanghai tour guide will wait for you at the airport and help you to transfer to the hotel.
