After breakfast, drive to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, take 25 minutes’ cableway to Glacier Park. It is a nature reserve combining glaciers, snowy peaks, forests and humanistic landscapes, and is regarded as one of the most beautiful mountain ranges in Yunnan Province. The park is rich in flora and fauna, including rare alpine plants and wild animals such as snow leopards and golden monkeys.
Take cableway down, drive to visit Blue Moon Valley with turquoise-colored water. Afterwards, drive to Shuhe Ancient Town. There are well-preserved traditional Bai buildings, charming ancient streets and alleys and ancient bridges, as well as clear rivers and beautiful natural scenery. Here you can stroll through the ancient streets, taste the local cuisine, visit the Bai Folk House Museum and experience the unique cultural atmosphere of the ancient town.
