When you arrive at Urumqi airport/train station, you will be met at the exit by a local driver holding a welcome sign with your name and transferred to your hotel in the city centre for check-in. Free to organise the rest of your day at your leisure.

We will pick you up from your hotel and then bus transfer to Fuyun, a beautiful town famous for Keketuohai National Geological Park. Passing by Huoshaoshan. Locals call it "Kyzyltag", meaning "Red Mountain". On April 2018, the Flaming Mountain Scenic Spot was shortlisted as one of the "100 Scenic Spots in the Magical Northwest".

After seeing the Huoshaoshan, you will travel along the Gurbantunggut desert. There is more snow in the desert in winter, and after melting the snow in spring, the short-lived plants endemic to the Gurbantunggut Desert quickly sprout and bloom. At this time, the desert is full of green grass and fresh flowers, flourishing flowers, decorating the desert with vibrant, poetic scenery, then we will see the Kalamaili Nature Reserve. Established in April 1982, Karamayli Reserve covers an area of 14,856.48 square kilometres. Located in the Junggar Basin of Xinjiang, Karamayli, a desert that symbolises death, looks silent on the outside, but if you don't walk into it, you won't find out that it's a paradise for wildlife.

If parking is allowed, you can take some nice photos in these places. Then continue to travel to Fuyun with the beauty of the road. This evening you will stay in Fuyun.

After buffet breakfast in the hotel, you will start your trip from Keketuohai National Geological Park. It is a large-scale tourist attraction with beautiful canyons and rivers, rocky mountains and woodlands, mineral resources, frigid lakes and strange seismic fracture zones as its natural scenery, integrating geological culture, regional characteristics and ethnic customs, then exploring the Tunnel of Mine No 3, you will catch sight of many types of minerals here. Take a tram ride and travel along Irtysh Grand Canyon till you reach Shenzhong Mountain and visit the "Earthquake Museum".

Thereafter, travel to Burqin and enjoy the sunset of Five-colored Beach. Riverbank rock resistance to weathering ability is different, the outline will be uneven, and the rock contains different minerals, and into a variety of colors, so the name "colorful beach".

Your guide and driver will pick you up in the morning, and then drive along the mountain road to Kanas Nature Reserve. The whole area remains in a primitive state, with flat and boundless grasslands covering the land like a huge green blanket, wooden houses scattered, smoke rising from the cooking fire, and the aroma of milk wine wafting through the air.

This morning you will have the chance to know local living style at Hemu Village.

The most famous thing about Hemu Village is the intoxicating autumn colours of all the red mountains, the cooking smoke rises in the autumn colours, forming a fantastic belt of smoke, which is like a fairyland. On the hill around the Hemu village, you can overlook the panoramic view of Hemu village and the Hemu River: the ghosts of empty valleys, small bridges and flowing water, and horse herders dusting through the forest.

Enjoy the sunrise and after breakfast, travel along the Gurbantunggut Desert to the Urho Ghost City. Here is a typical Yadan landform. The giant stone columns on the Gobi are strange, like a yellow medieval castle, vicissitudes of life and some grim. And between the stone pillars, often the wind whistling, like a ghost crying, sounds creepy.
