Your personal guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Chengdu in advance for the 7-hour drive to Jiuzhaigou. Take a private car along the highway, and along the way you will see the landscape change from the plain to the mountains, passing rural fields, farmlands, the Minjiang River valley, and the ruins of the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake. Continue through Songpan, arrive in Jiuzhaigou in the evening, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant, and then return to the hotel to rest.

Today, visit UNESCO World Heritage-listed Jiuzhaigou. Jiuzhaigou National Nature Reserve is located in Jiuzhaigou County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is the first nature reserve in China with the main purpose of protecting natural scenery. It is also a famous scenic area in China and a demonstration site of national civilized scenic tourism area.

Hotel: Overnight in Chuanzhusi town 

In the morning, leave Jiuzhaigou, and head to Huanglong National Park. Huanglong Scenic Area covers an area of 700 square kilometers, and is 100 kilometers away from Jiuzhaigou, with an altitude of 1,700 ~ 5,588 meters. The core area is dotted with more than 3,000 colored pools. The main scene is the surface travertine landscape with strange structure and many color, which is composed of Huanglong Ditch, Danyun Gorge, Muni Ditch, Xuebao Ding, and Red Army Long March Monument Park. The main landscape is concentrated in the 3.6 km long Huanglong Gully, which is covered with calcium carbonate deposits and rich animal and plant resources.

We will overnight in Chuanzhusi town, so after the visiting we will drive to Chuanzhusi town. Your guide will help you with check-in. The rest of the time is up to you. You can make your own arrangements.

At 8:30am, our guide and driver will meet you at the hotel and transfer back to Chengdu.On the way back, we will make stops at the Munigou Scenic Area.

 Munigou Valley is located in Songpan County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, which was the pinnacle International tourism planning project in 2011. The natural scenery is charming, the ethnic customs are rich, and the charm of the primitive forest is brought together here. The scenery of the mountain valley is mainly characterized by primitive forests, alpine lakes, hot springs, giant calcified waterfalls, circular waterfalls, and calcified color pools.

After having a short sightseeing here, head back to Chengdu. Today, we can end the tour at Chengdu city center or Chengdu airport/train station.
Afterwards, take the private car to Chengdu and can end of the tour at Chengdu hotel/airport/train station. If you want us drop off you at the Chengdu airport/train station, your flight/train departure time must be at the later afternoon or evening.
